Onix is a Norwegian software company that provides a portal for documentation handling of lifting equipment and other types of work equipment with legal documentation requirements. The solution digitizes work processes for suppliers, inspectors, and users of work equipment.

Onix is the leading provider of digitized documentation for working equipment in Norway and has several large customers in Northern Europe. Our team consists of 20 highly skilled employees. We have a plan to succeed internationally and now want to expand our sales department for a focus towards Sweden.

Job description

We are now looking for an experienced SaaS salesperson. Are you passionate about building strong customer relations, solving the customers challenges, and understanding the customer’s needs? Maybe you have a particular interest in the crane and lifting industry? We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference, making an impact on how people work and transform the industry.

Main responsibility is to expand the Onix network and increase the sales activity in Sweden. You do this through identifying the customers’ needs and connecting these to the applicable Onix software modules. As part of our team, you will work closely with customers, partners, management and other stakeholders.

The sales team keeps a fast pace and mainly conducts demonstrations and customer meetings through online solutions. We use the best and most efficient sales follow-up/CRM (salesforce)systems. Since we operate in a highly digital environment, we are more concerned with finding the RIGHT person rather than where you are physically located. You must however be fluent in the Swedish language both written and verbally.

  • You have experience in B2B sales, and you have a large network
  • Good communication skills
  • Forward-leaning, outgoing and engaged
  • You are motivated by reaching results and always set high goals for yourself
  • You are structured and punctual in your work
  • You thrive in a fast-pace environment, handle challenges and work well both independently and in teams
  • Great competitive instinct, drive, and willingness to work
  • You understand the logic of IT systems and easily adapt to new systems
  • If you have experience or a network from the crane and lifting industry, this is a plus
